Open Dutch Fiber constructs and manages fiber optic networks primarily in urban areas. To install these networks, they rely on the cooperation of residents in those neighbourhoods. ODF often encounters residents who are not proficient in the Dutch language or have low-literacy. Since a portion of the work takes place behind the front doors of these residents they needed a video whose content could also be understood without knowledge of the Dutch language. Using animated content, ODF has already connected more than a million homes to their network, spread across 56 municipalities.
