ARAG, one of the Dutch leading legal services companies, asked us to clarify their new way of working by creating a distinctive explanation video. Because research shows that 68% of people remember more information after seeing a video than after reading a text. In addition they asked us to add some humor, since funny creative videos have the potential to be forwarded by viewers, allowing the content to reach a larger audience.
With more than 500 lawyers involved, ARAG scored an 8.3 for case handling and an 8.7 for telephone legal advice in 2023, partly thanks to the use of these types of animations.
